Broadcasts allow you to send a message to your customers via email or text message from inside Dockhound.
Send Broadcast
To send a Broadcast, click on ‘Broadcasts’ at the top of your screen. Here you will find a record of all previously sent Broadcasts and a button to create a new Broadcast.
Click on the ‘New Broadcasts’ button, and you will land on a screen containing the form below:
Here you can customize your Broadcast. Choose whether to send your message via Email or Text Message, choose which cohort of customers should receive the message, write your message, and click ‘Send Broadcast’.
After clicking send, you will be prompted to confirm the Broadcast. This ensures no Broadcasts are sent accidentally.
Once you confirm the Broadcast, the Broadcast will be delivered to your customers and you will be taken back to the list of previously sent Broadcasts.
